- Overall 7+ yrs
- 3+ years of IAM experience with a strong preference for SailPoint Identity.
- Good understanding of Identity & Access Governance including access request, certification, and role-based access control.
- Ability to communicate about IAM and implementation at both the functional and technical level.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
- Should have good knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML
- Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts
- Customer Facing Exposure is must.
