The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Magnitude - Source Connect Transaction (SCT), SAP Data Services (BODS)- Mandatory, Oracle Database, SAP CFIN, and a deep understanding of the FI module.
This role requires proactive problem-solving, leadership in managing offshore teams, monitoring of NRTR (Near Real-Time Replication) jobs, and dedicated support for critical financial activities, including Month End, Quarter End, and Year End processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the AMS team to provide expert support and guidance for Magnitude - Source Connect Transaction (SCT) and SAP DS (BODS) platforms.
- Utilize your extensive experience with Oracle Database to optimize database operations and data integration processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Data Services (BODS) to manage ETL processes and data cleansing.
- Strong expertise in SAP CFIN to support financial data consolidation and reporting.
- Exhibit deep knowledge of the FI module and its integration into financial processes.
- Lead and manage offshore teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Proactively address and resolve business queries related to financial data and system configurations.
- Monitor NRTR jobs for timely execution and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Play a crucial role in supporting Month End, Quarter End, and Year End financial activities.
- Participate in the setup and maintenance of configurations to ensure the smooth operation of SCT, SAP DS (BODS), and associated systems.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 11 years of experience in financial data transformation, data integration, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database, including data modeling, SQL, and database performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), including ETL processes and data cleansing.
- Strong expertise in SAP CFIN and its role in financial data consolidation and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of the FI module and its integration into financial processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage offshore teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business queries.
- Ability to monitor and manage NRTR jobs to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage critical financial activities and configurations.
