Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platforms
- 3+ years of hands on experience with AWS cloud services
- Strong expertise in:
- Data warehousing and data lake architectures
- Distributed systems and big data technologies
- Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Strong knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in AWS
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platforms
- 3+ years of hands on experience with AWS cloud services
- Strong expertise in:
- Data warehousing and data lake architectures
- SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
- ETL/ELT frameworks and orchestration
- Solid understanding of:
- Distributed systems and big data technologies
- Streaming and real time data processing
- Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Strong knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in AWS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Kafka
- Exposure to AWS Lake Formation, Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi
- Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and lineage tools
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads on AWS (SageMaker)
- Prior experience in regulated industries (Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail)
