Framework Migration Engineer to help us migrate our test automation framework
from Protractor to Playwright/WDIO.
The ideal candidate will have experience with given frameworks and be able to
identify and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process quickly and
efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve compatibility issues between Protractor and Playwright/WDIO.
• Migrate test cases from Protractor to WDIO.
• Update the test automation framework documentation.
• Provide support to other engineers during the migration process.
Qualifications:
• Ability to understand and implement E2E Automation frameworks including UI, API and
Continuous Integration.
• 6+ years of experience with Protractor.
• 4+ years of experience with Playwright/WDIO.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, and Chai.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript is MUST
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
