Role Overview: We are seeking a talented MicroStrategy BI Developer to design, develop, and implement robust business intelligence solutions using the MicroStrategy platform. This role involves creating interactive dashboards, reports and data visualizations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization for the Program.

This role involves creating interactive dashboards, reports and data visualizations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization for the Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established SDLC processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing BI reports and applications.
- 7–15 years in software development, with 4+ years Relevant BI Experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schema design.
- Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy architecture, tools, and components (MicroStrategy Desktop / Web / Mobile / MicroStrategy Dossier / Visual Insight / MicroStrategy Intelligence Server)
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MicroStrategy certifications or relevant BI tool certifications.
- Experience in domains such as retail, banking, sales, or marketing analytics is a strong plus.
- Experience replatforming BI Components of MicroStrategy to Azure Fabric/Synapse/ ADF/Power BI platform will be a big plus
