- Work with business and technology Stakeholders to carve out current state baselines and functionalities
- Mine and analyze current state process and information flow through collaboration workshops
- Evaluate process, technology and operations impact of the changes being proposed
- Define detailed Business and System requirements, process flows and build work backlog via EPIC/Features/Stories using JIRA, Lucid charts and other tools prescribed
- Identify interdependencies and balance competing priorities to ensure project objectives are achieved in timely manner
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with involved stakeholders
- Contribute to feature estimation
- Well versed with AWS dashboards to analyze data in tables for testing purposes
- Able to perform quick testing using Swagger, Postman
- Proactively manage risks, issues associated Business Analysis deliverable
- Preferred knowledge of Airline – ground / above the wing / commercial,/ below the wing / NOC / TechOps
