Contractor to hire Business Analyst with good hands-on experience in SAP ISU, E&U domain, E&U Billing and Data analysis. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge in M2C (Meter to Cash) process that includes core processes like Generating meter ready order, billing, billing rates, Invoicing, customer service, and device management.
Minimum Qualification:
· Bachelor's - computer engineering or Equivalent Experience
Required skills
· Minimum 15 years of experience IT industry along with minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ISU, Utility Billing, and E&U domain. Good have Salesforce experience as well.
· Strong background in SAP ISU, especially candidates with hands-on experience in Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes that include core processes like Generating meter ready order, Bill Order, billing, Invoicing, customer service, and device management.
· Candidates with Energy and Utility domain background
· Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and creating JIRA user stories.
· Knowledge of system development lifecycles and development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work with data, potentially using tools like Excel and SQL
· Hands-on experience in Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Qmetry)
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key responsibilities
Requirements gathering: Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams and ensuring clear & effective communication with all the stakeholders
Create Business Process flow diagram: Analyze current business processes, identify process gaps, and propose solutions using the SAP IS-U module. Work with business & IT stakeholders and create the AS-IS & TO-BE flows diagram. Also, Perform functional configuration within the SAP IS-U billing and other relevant modules
Collaboration meetings: Conduct meetings with multiple stakeholders in billing operations, collections, bill presentment etc. teams to capture To-be processes/functionalities and business requirements for implementation in SAP ISU
Utility Billing and Invoicing in SAP ISU: Hands-on experience in Utility Billing and Invoicing using SAP ISU
Testing and implementation: Develop test strategies/test cases to execute in SAP ISU, perform user acceptance testing, and support the implementation and rollout of new solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including Business, functional specifications, project implementation and test strategy plan.
