Oncology Data Mapping Specialist

Top 3 must have's:
1. Must have Oncology and Clinical experience/knowledge
2. Map oncology EMR (Onco EMR or similar) and genomics source data to a targeted schema (FHIR mCODE or similar).
3. Analyze and interpret back-end tables, schemas, and content structures of oncology EMR systems.
4. SQL or Python to transform source tables into the target data model. Operate within a Databricks Medallion architecture

Job description:
a. Proven experience with oncology EMR systems, including back-end schema and table structures.
b. Strong understanding of genomics data and its integration into clinical models.
c. Experience with front-end EMR workflows and clinical data abstraction.
d. Hands-on experience with FHIR mCODE or similar healthcare data models.
e. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and modeling.
f. Experience working in Databricks, with knowledge of Medallion architecture principles.
g. Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
h. Solid understanding of standard clinical terminologies and code sets, including:
1. ICD-10-CM/PCS
2. SNOMED CT
3. LOINC
4. RxNorm
5. NDC
