2. Basic marketing operations understanding across multiple project types such as Web, collateral, video, digital and social.

3.Time management, self-manage and being extremely organized in the day to day.

PMO and Ops team consists of 16 people overall. This person would work across one-two key Project Managers or Sr. Managers to help support specific books of business and/or mid-large projects. Candidate should have the ability to manage 25-30 projects monthly in a fast-paced environment. 2 weeks of comprehensive training would happen prior to managing projects solo. Candidate would be encouraged to attend weekly team huddles and monthly operations meetings within the team.


As a Project Manager you'll be responsible for orchestrating projects through the project lifecycle. This includes managing schedules, communication and deliverables for multiple programs and projects, both complex and small in scope. Through coordinating all workflow phases, schedule management, and approvals from project initiation through delivery in-market, you will ensure projects meet or exceed expectations and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Helping outline forecasted client workload to aid in agency planning efforts.
• Proactive partnering with the Account Management and Strategists on a regular basis to understand and review client project roadmaps and priorities

Project Lifecycle Management, Championing the agency processes and workflow to safeguard consistency while flexing when required for project success. Holistic project planning and schedule execution for programs and projects
• Ensuring upfront project requirements are received and are aligned with the appropriate project priority and workflow
• Partnering with the Resource Managers for creative assignments and resource management
• Creating comprehensive project schedules that outline project milestones from initiation to in market delivery that are based on scope, timing, deadlines and resources
• Capturing milestone dates and overall timelines regularly, validating and adjusting timelines as needed
• Facilitating project approvals for internal stakeholders
• Identifying and proactively resolving any deliverables that might fall behind schedule
• Communicating project status, approvals, risk and delivery
• Scheduling, facilitating, and recapping project related team meetings
• Ensuring proper project closure and archive procedures are executed

Workfront System Coordination, Leading and orchestrating all assigned client activities and documentation within the Workfront system from initiating work through project close-out procedures
• Certifying the system centrally houses all project requirements, schedules, documentation and project approvals
• Leveraging system reporting to analyze, translate and communicate trends or project insights
• Functioning as a power user, utilizing all system features and functions and suggesting system improvements
• Proactively suggesting system enhancements and system short cuts to administration team
• Assisting in system training for new hires or system releases
• Providing support for system releases or upgrades

Process Champion, Serving as the guardians of the process within BTLDM
• Possessing a complete understanding of all BTLDM processes, web, social media, advertising, etc in order to effectively manage assigned projects across owned or paid media channels or deliverable type
• Cross-training peers within the department on process project lifecycles to aid in effective team management of programs and projects
• Contributing to process improvements through identifying process opportunities for efficiency, determining the need for a new process or contributing to process improvement through a formal task force or initiative

Qualifications
• 7-10 years related professional experience in a project management/traffic environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of most of the following project types: design, digital, social, media, video, broadcast, print production, web
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles
• Understanding of process methodologies: predictive, agile and hybrid
• Strong willingness to learn and roll up sleeves in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly to changing deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate your co-workers, and inspire a one-team approach
• Gives and receives feedback with a positive intention
• Intuitive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and action plan
• Unwavering can-do attitude in a fast pace, deadline driven environment
• Savvy and genuine negotiation skills

TECHNINCAL SKILLS:
• Prior experience working in a project management software solution – Workfront preferred
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Cloud programs a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
