Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development & Strategy
    • Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow instances.
    • Contribute to platform roadmap and enforce engineering standards.
    • Guide solution design and implementation aligned with best practices.
  • Module Implementation
    • Develop and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), CMDB, SecOps, and Service Request modules.
    • Configure SSO, email notifications, MID Server, user groups, and permissions.
  • Integration & Automation
    • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications (e.g., ESRI, ARMIS, PDQ Inventory).
    • Leverage REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers for automation and data exchange.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor development teams (onshore/offshore).
    • Manage task assignments, code quality, and release activities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, business consultants, and SMEs.
  • Testing & Documentation
    • Conduct functional, system, integration, and performance testing.
    • Provide technical documentation, training programs, and UAT support.
  • Compliance & Security
    • Ensure platform compliance with security standards.
    • Remediate vulnerabilities and conduct access reviews.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 10-12+ years in ServiceNow development and engineering.
    • 2+ years in team management and leadership roles.
    • 3+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS
    • Experience with CMDB, ITIL processes, and workflow automation
    • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data migration
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and documentation abilities
    • Problem-solving and stakeholder management
    • Adaptability and collaboration in client-facing environments
