We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Additionally, you will also serve as a technical writer creating user manuals, documentation and training materials catering for different audiences.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Development of process maps and workflows to visualize business processes. Repeat process steps with users to fully understand business needs.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Create detailed requirement documents and UI visuals.
- Validate requirements through testing and feedback sessions with users.
- Support project teams in maintaining a clear understanding of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and developers to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for various audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software program management, requirements analysis, software documentation or a similar role.
- Experience usingrequirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with general UI design trends and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with general UI design trends and practices
- Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart and Visio
- Proficiency in wireframing tools like Figma and Balsamiq
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
