Experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst working on IT transformation Programs.
Reimagine Business Processes with focus on leveraging digital technologies and industry best practices
Expertise in Requirements Analysis & Management, Solution design (target state), Project Planning & Documentation (Process Recommendations, templates & tools, Business Requirements and Functional Specification Document, Customer Journey mapping)
Ability to analyze and share recommendations to improve/modify existing processes / systems for clients
Experience in Hospitality Domain +++
Knowledge of Business and Operational KPIs, frameworks for KPI definition and establishment, performance measurement is essential
Mandatory Skills: 10+ Years Business Analysis, Product Owner experience.
