Java Sybase

Skill Set

1)Primary skill : Sybase ASE , Unix shell scripting and Autosys scheduling.(At least 6-10years of experience in this area)

2)Additional skill : Proficiency in Java, MQ, NDM and C

3)Domain knowledge: Knowledge on Agency lending area or any Investment banking domain is preferred.

JD

Candidate has to closely work with client to understand the business functionality and should be able to interpret it in tofunctional specifications.

Candidate should possess very good analytical skill and should be able to understand the process flow and trouble shoot the application process to determine the root cause of user reported L3 issues.

She/He should be able to coordinate with various Client internal team to fulfill various system upgrades and server migrations

She/he should communicate the external clients of Client to understand/establish various connectivity and data flow between Client and their downstreams

Candidate should have expertise in programming skills to work on the enhancements of the legacy system

He/she should have the understanding/experience in release management including packaging/buildng/deploying and handling configuration management tools

Candidate may have to take the initiatives in automation by learning Client proposed automation tools and apply/implement in the project.

Candidate has to work with India team to coordinate on different tasks
