Technical product owner - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Certified SAFe PO, PMP, CSPO, CSM Coordinates work between team and cross-functional partners Manages engagement with technical stakeholders as needed Plans sprints, create stories Delivers business results (agrees to specific and measurable KPIs) Delivers quality products Measures and continually improves user satisfaction (patient, clinical teams, operations, marketing, etc) and product performance Ensures adoption of products through various methods Provides approval of delivered functionality for production Participate in releases and ensures release management notes are provided At least 5 years of progressive experience within information technology with a minimum of 2 years working directly with the Salesforce Health Cloud platform Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification not required but recommended. Salesforce Trailhead Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge 5+ years working with the Salesforce platform (Classic and Lightning) 2+ years working with Salesforce Health Cloud 5+ years working in a complex IT environment Preferred experience in a Healthcare setting Fundamental programmatic development 1+ years developing in APEX 1+ years using Lightning Web Components 1+ years developing flows using Salesforce Flow Builder 0 -2 years Java, JavaScript or Python Fundamental understanding of working with API (SOAP, Restful, other) Experience in a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud environment (preferred) using Lightning. Experience with deployment of a contact center and integration with related contact center applications. Salesforce certifications Proficiency of understanding of MS Office suite with a focus on Excel Understanding of basic project management Focused self-management skills enabling a productive unsupervised / remote environment 2 -5 years in an Agile development environment 2 -5 years working within an established software development life cycle framework (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
