Cloud ERP
• Attend workshops to understand cross stream dependencies- Requirement gathering, Fit/ gap analysis, Integrations, Report/ Extension Approach
• Perform reusability analysis for existing Conversion artifacts
• Support/ contribute to updates of Conversion Approach
• Support updating Conversion Technical Design docs to align with project specific requirements
Asa Conversion SAT team member contribute to activities of Phase 1.2 of Apollo for Exelon- Requirements Gathering, and Fit Gap Analysis, which includes
• Attend workshops to understand cross stream dependencies- Requirement gathering, Fit/ gap analysis, Integrations, Report/ Extension Approach
• Perform reusability analysis for existing Conversion artifacts
• Support/ contribute to updates of Conversion Approach, which includes
* Create/ update workshop materials
* Schedule workshops/ provide support for scheduling
* Follow-up on action items, within and across teams
• Support scoping ofConversion objects- fit/ gap analysis, mapping of requirements to existing/ new Conversion objects
• Support updating Conversion Technical Design docs to align with project specific requirements
• Provide inputs as RTR/ PTC conversion SME to other teams in support of non-conversion deliverables
• Support updates to Workplan for Phase 2
