Job Description:
Responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborates with product owner, engineers and designers, analyzes and estimates requirements.
• Analyzes and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements. Codes and maintains complex components of information systems.
• Supervises the preparation of designs and technical and/or functional specifications.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, Agile environment.
• Mentors others on coding standards and performs code reviews. Develops and performs unit testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results.
• Aids in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
• Provides on call support and monitors the system and identifies system deficiencies
Splunk Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, support and maintain the Splunk infrastructure in a highly available configuration
• Standardize Splunk forwarder deployment, configuration, and maintenance across a variety of UNIX and Windows platforms

Grafana Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ability to Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Grafana dashboards & analytics and knowledge of Grafana administration/architecture to Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to validate the dashboard output and troubleshoot any issues
• Experiences in configuring dashboards, alerts and alarms, Integration with different tools, API integrations and reports.
• Experience with Data visualization using Grafana
• Experience creating Grafana dashboards to display time-based data plots
• Ability to prepare a dashboard from scratch including setting up connection with the db. Setting up jobs to fetch data on a specified frequency, setting up connections to non-DB data sources e.g., Excel sheets.
• Ability to enhance existing Grafana dashboards and added new dashboards.
