- 7+ years of experience filling the role of Product Owner role in either Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework methodologies or direct business experience with HR processes and/or HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Strong requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation skills, at business, functional, and technical levels
- Experience in filling the role of Product Owner role in either Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework methodologies preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration /development and delivery of Finance business process solutions using SAP (ECC or S/4 HANA) or SAAS applications
- HR and Finance project management experience
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management knowledge
