Required skillset:
1. IBM BPM
2. IBM BAW

Job Summary:
1. At least 6 years of experience in IBM BPM and IBM BPM Process designer. Integration designer experience is not required.
2. Understanding and experience of working in agile environment.
3. Strong understanding of IBM BPM Architecture and concepts such as process center, process server, process applications, toolkits, tracks etc.
4. Strong understanding of BPMN notifications and concepts.
5. Strong understanding of all the required artifacts and concepts of IBM BPM process designer and strong hands on experience on them
6. Hands on experience, particularly on following
a. BPD development and concepts such as decision gateways, joins, splits etc.
b. Routing policies used in IBM BPM 7.x and 8.x and difference between the same.
c. Multi instance loops.
d. Exception handling.
e. Environment variables and Exposed process variables.
f. Variables and business objects. Pass by value and pass by reference business objects.
g. Integration services for integration with Database, web services, REST services, java, CMS systems like FileNet etc.
h. UCAs and events such as exception events, message events, tracking events
i. IBM BPM 7.x coaches and 8.x coachviews and different events of coachviews.
j. Creating and using Ajax services in coach and coachviews.
k. CSS, JavaScript
l. Out of the box rest API calls provided by IBM BPM.
7. Deployment and production support.
8. Preferred but not required:
a. Knowledge and hands on experience of 3rd party toolkits like Brazos.
b. Knowledge of validation frameworks like LCV
c. Knowledge of JavaScript libraries like Dojo and JQuery etc.
