- At least 8+ years of experience in OpenShift platform, Postgres, Kubernetes, Ansible playbooks and Github
- Very good experience in evaluating various compute and storage options available and ability to recommend the best suited options for compute intensive work loads
- Very good knowledge in OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF)
- Very good knowledge in data synchronization across datacenters using tools like RSYNC
- Strong debugging skills in identifying the throughput bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Strong Networking skills.
- Strong DevSecOps Skills (Provisioning, configuring, etc)
- Good knowledge in hardware platforms like Octane, Dell R650, R750 etc.
- Very good working knowledge on data intensive compute workloads.
- Very good communication skills and collaboration skills
- Ability learn new things fast
