- Hands on experience of end to end test data management, which includes data sourcing, data sub-setting, data masking, data provisioning, data load to test environment
- Good communication skills
- Should have worked in Agile projects
- Able to visualize and plan test data management requirements for multiple development teams/projects
- Experience implementing IBM Optim Suite in cloud infrastructure
- Experience deploying IBM Optim Suite in Kubernetes containers a plus
- Experience with providing test data for automated testing tools
