Responsibilities:
• Support Administration, Management and Migration using Atlassian Tools JIRA and Jira Align - own manual setup/config and addressing user queries and related aspects.
• Support in manual/automation verification of the setup/config of all the deliverables relating to Jira &Jira Align.
• Create and Manage templates, projects, user onboarding and related queries from users.
• Support/Own/enable business units in transforming their development process to IT JIRA by understanding their process, develop Solutioning in JIRA, pilot in test environment and implement in production.
• Development of custom scripts to support required customizations requested by Client Jira & Jira Align users supporting deliverables.
• Perform appropriate testing to validate the scalability/performance of JIRA Instance.
• Handle & resolve L3 engineering level incidents, service requests and problem tickets.
• Support in migration from other tools to Atlassian Tools like Jira, Align. Own some of the manual setup/config related aspects in support of the overall migration and consolidation of Jira instances.
• Support Jira integration with other tools like Git, Teams, email, 1source etc.
• Support, explore and implement multiple Jira Plugins like Zephyr, BigPicture, eazyBI, Git Integration, Structure, etc.
• Support multiple on-premises and cloud instances of production & Pre-production.
• Generate reports related to usage of tools and applications.
• Support & own archival of data as per the archival strategy and performance tuning.
• Support, Own and participate in application upgrades.
• Support, Partner, Identify and develop solutions to improve monitoring, performance and usability.
• Improve user experience via ticket analysis, improving Chatbot, Knowledge articles, Wiki and end user training.
• Work with Application Vendor to resolve issues, follow through and find new solutions to tasks at hand.
• Strong communication skills to understand the problem, clarify the user ask and communicate the delivered solutions.
• Ensure quality in every deliverable
