Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst specializing in Business Process Modelling is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying areas for improvement, designing new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify gaps and areas of inefficiency
2. Develop business process models and workflows to optimize operations and enhance productivity
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and align business processes with organizational goals
4. Lead the implementation of new processes, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption
5. Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement
6. Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and tools
7. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in business process modelling tools such as bpmn, visio, or aris
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members
4. Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end process implementation
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Certifications: Business Process Management (BPM) certification is preferred
Additional requirement :
New Billing, Exclusive, Committed
Business Analyst with clinical experience
JD- BA with Clinical area expertise

Support and educate users of on the use of clinical and complementary applications. Prepare end-user training materials

Ability to effectively translate business requirements to functional requirements

Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff

Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly

Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.

Provide high quality service to users, according to defined service level agreements.

Create and run reports as needed using tools such as Epic Reporting Workbench.

Document and analyze business processes and workflows to help drive business process improvements and ensure accurate system configuration.
