1: Responsibilities
A. To Work as SAP Fieldglass Consultant
B. Conduct Client workshops on the SAP Fieldglass
C. Requirement gathering & preparation of FDD
D. Configuration, Prepare Testing Scenarios and Test Scripts, Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developed functionalities
E. Ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope, schedule and cost parameters.
F. Prepare cutover strategies and issue resolution post Go Live
2: Professional Experience
A. Must have 5-8 year of experience in SAP Fieldglass module (Profile Worker, Service Procurement, Contingent Workforce Management, and Assignment Management)
B. Must have worked on SAP Fieldglass for all 4 modules
C. Must have done 3 to 5 E2E implementation Project in SAP Fieldglass in a client facing role
D. Strong Communication & documentation skill
E. Good to have SAP Fieldglass integration, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba exposure
F. Must have good team handling skills.
G. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication and training skills required, as is the ability to work effectively.
