Job Description SAP WM/Logistics Execution Functional Consultant EXPERIENCE - Total 7 to 10+ years DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE SAP MM /IM/ WM / SD Configuration & process knowledge. Preferred A&D Experience- Good to have Goods Receipt, Return to Vendor, Stock Transport Order Subcon Process Delivery and Goods Issues to Sales Order and Customer Returns Good communication skills, extensive client contact experience, ability to listen and scope out requirements Extensive experience working with SAP remote Teams and Understanding the integration touch points etc. Preferably at least 2 end to end implementation of SAP WM - Min 4 years of SAP WM support experience preferably in manufacturing company with preferably min 3 years of domain experience. Prior experience in having worked on RF developments is necessary Plus would be transportation and Planning Experience in SAP Should have work experience in environments processing large volumes of data, working with diverse users and client base Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, route management and physical inventory counts and audits. Experience in creating Functional Specifications for ABAP developments and validating custom objects Good writing skills and documentation abilities, record keeping and reporting Ability to attend all remote meeting and support flexible working hours KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, physical inventory count processes Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org. Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management Knowledge of Best practices in function -Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. KNOWLEDGE OF / SKILLED IN SAP WM Configuration and touch-points with other SAP modules Good communication, presentation skills Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Manufacturing background understanding of warehouse /logistics is needed. PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES Manages user expectations effectively. Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction. Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.)
