Define and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Work cross-functionally to Client, validate, and prioritize problems, ensuring teams build solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible.
Lead product discovery efforts, leveraging data, user research, and industry trends to inform decisions.
Partner closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch high-quality products.
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, compliance, customer service, and finance to drive adoption and impact.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
Work in an agile, iterative environment, adjusting priorities as needed to maximize business impact.

What We Look For:
5+ years of experience working on technology-powered products in a product management, product design, engineering, data, or research role.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products to market.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to assess trade-offs between business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, compliance).
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions across multiple levels of leadership.
Passion for technology, industry trends, and innovation in healthcare.
Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic vision.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development.
Prior experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
